No. revicap is designed with a simple, friendly interface. You just sign in, link your Google Business account via OAuth in one click, and configure your response guidelines. The platform takes care of the syncing and AI drafting.

You create custom instruction templates for different rating tiers (1 to 5 stars) in Settings. When a review is synced, revicap calls advanced language models (Google Gemini, OpenAI, or DeepSeek) to draft an answer based on your rules and review text.

We support Google Gemini (including 2.5 Flash), OpenAI GPT models, and DeepSeek. You can configure your own developer keys in the API Settings tab to pay direct API costs, or utilize our global platform credits.

You have two options: 'Review & Approve' (where AI drafts replies for you to edit and click send manually) or 'Fully Automated Mode' (available on Professional/Enterprise tiers, which posts replies automatically within minutes).

Our system uses AI to analyze 1-star and 2-star reviews against Google Business guidelines. If a review contains spam, harassment, or conflicts of interest, revicap flags it and generates a custom report appeal template.

revicap runs on a hybrid wallet billing model. You subscribe to a base plan, and then deposit credits into your system wallet. AI completions and daily background synchronizations are debited transparently from your wallet balance based on actual usage.

We accept credit card payments via Stripe, as well as JazzCash, Bank Alfalah, and manual bank transfers. For manual transfers, you just upload your transaction receipt image in the dashboard for admin review.

Our administrative team reviews manual bank transfers and deposits within 12 to 24 hours. Once verified, the exact credit balance is added to your wallet automatically.

Once you log in, go to the profiles page and click 'Connect Google'. Agree to the permissions requested, and revicap will fetch all locations connected to your Google account.

Yes. Agencies can subscribe to our agency/enterprise packages to add multiple separate Google Business profiles and allocate package slots to different customer listings.

Yes. revicap includes a posts publisher where you can draft offers, events, and announcements with CTA buttons and schedule them to go live on Google Maps and search results.

Yes. All client tokens, API credentials, and transactions are stored using AES-256 database encryption. Connections use secure HTTPS, and passwords are hashed using bcrypt.

You can disconnect profiles inside the revicap dashboard at any time, or revoke access directly from your Google Account settings manager (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
